I enjoy Michael Scott, LJ Smith, and JK Rowling, because of how descriptive and awesome their books are.

What are your favourite genres?

Um...I like fantasy, suspense, mystery...not horror, though.

What is your all time #1 favourite book?

I really like the Alchemyst (and I'm not just saying that because I am on a fan forum for it!). For a while after I read it, I was not able to think of anything else.

I'm reading A Wrinkle In Time by Madeleine L'Engle and Nightworld, No.3.

If you could name one book that left you speechless or made a huge mark on your life or imagination, what is it?

NightJohn by Gary Paulsen. It is a very quick read but it made me cry.

Whenever I read a new book, it adds to my personality as a writer. That is why I think it is extremely important to read!

Book that left me speechless?
I have two-

One- Pendragon Book Three: The Never War. This book takes place in New York 1936(The Year the Hindenburg crashed). It is a great book until the end, then it gets better! The Main character has to do something that is against his nature, because if he doesn't then it will set events in motion that will lead to the end of the world as we know it.

Two- Pendragon Book 10: The Soldiers of Halla. This is the end of the Pendragon series, and left me speechless, because of all of the things it revealed about the true nature of who the main characters are.

Hello

Thought I'd jump in here.

Favorite authors: Jack London, Michelle Paver, James Patterson, Stuart Hill, and of course, Michael Scott.

Favorite genres: Fantasy, all the way, though I'm in the middle of a Classic kick at the moment.

All Time Favorite Book: The Sea-Wolf, by Jack London. Just... amazingly wonderful.

Current Read: Two, actually. One is Don Quixote, the other is an old Italian book I know nothing about, but got off the web. I'm trying to practice my Italian however I can.

Book that left me speechless: This is a tough one... White Fang makes the cut, I think, and the whole Chronicles of Ancient Darkness series, by Michelle Paver. Anybody else read those?
