oh, Moviebuff, u make me want to watch it more!!!

and i agree with Fuzzbinn about LOTR... The best movie i had ever watched...    And probably, the best movie ever made!!

I'm afraid I must disagree with you there, most emphatically. The Lord of the Rings is indeed an insanely epic movie on every level, and a person cannot claim to have lived, much less thrived, if he/she has not seen it at least once.

But Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi is the single greatest cinematic triumph in the entire history of film, and it shall always be so.

Or at least, that is my opinion. You are free to disagree.

Other movies that I enjoy are the rest of Star Wars, naturally, the Indiana Jones trilogy, movie removed for R-rating, James Cameron's Avatar, X-Men Origins: Wolverine, Taken, really anything with Liam Neeson in it, and certainly several more that have slipped my mind for the moment.

My favorite TV show is most definitely Fringe. It is super awesome. The Mentalist is also an excellent way to spend the last hour of your Thursday night. Wipeout is the funniest show on television, hands down, without even being a sitcom. I used to watch both Naruto and (yes, I'll admit it...) Yu-Gi-Oh!, but I lost track after awhile (or in the case of Yu-Gi-Oh!, lost interest after Yugi left) and now my only source of knowledge about Naruto is from a friend of mine, who is like ridiculously obsessed with anime, especially Naruto and Bleach.

Please do not mention movies that are R-rated, they are unsuitable for all ages. Thanks ~SC

Mythbusters, Star Trek, AFV, AGT, Pokemon wub.gif , a few other animes.... Chasing Mummies, Pawn Stars (not the best show for younger veiwers ) ,Ace of Cakes, anything on Food Network, PIXAR!!! , Star Wars (the original movies... not the tv show) , Adventure Time with Finn and Jake , Greace (only the first one, not the sequel ) ...... that's all that's come to mind at the moment............

Oh Avatar! I really like the series but sadly they aren't on TV at the moment over here. I wish they would make new episodes. And I like mythbusters as well! I watch aircrash investigation as well, about airplane crashes. The film City of Ember is good as well I think.

Yes, Mentalist and White Collar are awesome shows, if you haven't still started watching you better. Add Lie to Me to that list as well.

I can't stand CSI. No idea why. Like, I can watch episodes and like them, but watching it as a series doesn't work for me...

I love The Big Bang Theory. And starting Vampire Diaries soon...yay Hulu.

LotR: as a huge fan of all the Tolkien-novels, I cannot enjoy the films. Of course I've seen them a thousand times, but, sadly , I can't apart the films and the books, so I always just recognize the mistakes. But, the two fan-made films, Born of Hope and The Hunt for Gollum are my favorites all the time.

Star Wars: I love it! And exactly, the first movies are WAYS better then the newly made ones.

I like the Shawshank Redemption (I can watch it anytime).

@Romolus: Well said. Anything with Liam Neeson.

Movies: LOTR. All the way. (I've actually done the full 12 hour extended version marathon. And yes, it was epic. )[Ok, I had strep and was out for a week. Needed something to do...]. Also, A Knight's Tale, Indiana Jones 1, 3, and (and 4ish... meh.) Inception, Scott Pilgrim vs. THe World, Star Wars 4-6, then 1-3 (Originals are SO much better!). Anything made by Pixar.
That's all for now. Just kinda doing some late night Fuzz rambling.

Change the order up and remove Scott Pilgrim because I (regrettably) have yet to see it, and add (inappropriate for younger audiences) anything with Adam Sandler in it and you've nailed it.

As you can see from the post above I've had to spend a considerable amount of time checking IMDB for the age ratings of the films in the list above and I found a large number of them to be R rated, if this trend continues I will remove these social threads and issue formal warnings. You guys asked me for these threads and I made them for you, so please do not abuse the rules and create so much extra work for me and my team.

Sorry you had to do all that, Zeph! Thanks so much for cleaning stuff up for us younger forum-members! I really appreciate it!

And I promise I won't post any R-rated movies....because I don't watch any.
