I know that some of our members took part in NaNoWriMo this year, to all of those that did, whether you made the target or not, Well Done for trying!
For those members that enjoy reading, but aren't ready to try out writing I propose a reading challenge.. List your target number (and titles if you know them) of the books you want to have read before New Year's Eve this year (2010) and when we get into 2011 we'll all be able to look back and see how we've fared against our targets! You set your own target, some are fast readers and may choose 100 or more, some 50 or more or maybe your target is just 12 (one book a month) it doesn't matter the number, just the effort! You can post an "I've finished.... book!" as you go along, and also edit your original post to show the reads you completed if you like. Most of all, have a great time, enjoy what you read and if you find a great book, tell everyone about it in the "What i'm reading now..." thread!

I think i'll try and shoot for a hundred. As for which books... Well, The Necromancer, of course. That goes without saying. Fire, companion to Graceling. Book 4 of the Inheritance series, if it comes out this year. Daughters Of The Moon series. Catching on fire, and i can't think of anything else.
